For me, 2024 has been a year of healing, growth, and newfound clarity. Now, as I step into 2025, I’m setting intentional goals that align with my values, priorities, and dreams.

This year, my goals are focused on balance: nurturing my faith, building stronger relationships, prioritizing health, growing professionally, and fostering habits that enrich my life.

  • Continue my carnivore diet and maintain my lean physique.
  • Add regular workouts to stay active—strength training, cardio, or 20-minute walks.
  • Prioritize 7-8 hours of sleep and daily hydration.

Relationships

  • Invest in my marriage with quality time and intentional communication.
  • Spend one-on-one time with each of my children weekly to strengthen our bond.
  • Cultivate meaningful friendships through connection and encouragement.

Professional Goals

  • Grow my online presence by serving my audience with valuable content.
  • Launch new offers that align with their needs.
  • Expand my expertise by learning new skills like public speaking or advanced digital marketing.

New Habits to Adopt
